Read an owned retained assessment and its source-authorized conversation

Current Person authority and source permissions are rechecked. resultRef selects a retained revision; after is a history cursor, not an evidence timestamp. Historical revisions are read-only. Missing source access hides the affected analysis. The token owner selects only their own conversation in the granted workspace. External source-domain grants remain necessary for provider, prediction and semantic evidence. At most 200 unique source checks and a 20-second cooperative budget; capped reads fail explicitly. Use view=summary for polling. Running summaries contain operational metadata only; completed summaries project the selected result and its dependencies, without replaying the entire conversation.
