Each stage is charged for its duration at its selected tier. Audio transcription has its own rate. Classification and scenarios, extraction, and scorecards and evaluations each have separate analysis rates, applied per requested Definition. Supplying a transcript has no transcription charge. Timed transcripts use their full timed extent; untimed transcripts use an estimated duration from the configured words-per-minute rate. The estimate is a billing basis, not an observed recording duration. Charges retain the pinned rate version and fractional-minute precision.
Admission and reads remain available when credit is exhausted. Paid stages wait for funding and resume through the existing sweep after Stripe’s authoritative webhook credits the account. Returning from checkout may show pending confirmation until funding posts. Top-up buys the selected credit amount; applicable tax is shown separately and does not add spendable credit. Paid invoices are available when invoice generation is enabled. Refunds remove the corresponding purchased credit, with tax excluded from the credit adjustment. Top-up does not change the workspace, source assignments, keys or input revisions. There are no subscriptions, auto-recharge or separate production credentials.

Understand shared Mach-1 credit, audio-duration charges, current forecast charges, and funding.
Build Usage and billing shows the organization’s available credit, holds, stage history, workspace/service usage and configured top-up denominations to authorized billing viewers. Organization administrators can open a native zero-credit account for an existing organization and start checkout. A new eligible self-service organization receives only its configured one-time starter entry; the amount is a deployment setting, not a fixed published price.
Conversation-service retail pricing is configured per deployment and shown in Build as USD per audio hour. A submission selects Standard or Reserved. Reserved starts processing on weekends or between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Eastern time, following daylight saving time. Choose the tier for each submission; adding credit does not change the tier.
