Mach-1 analysis applies selected published Definitions to a transcript. A Definition specifies the analysis and its output, such as a scenario classification, an extracted commitment, a summary, or an evaluation.

Choose the result

Open Build → Analysis or list published Definitions through REST or MCP. Inspect the description, version, service, and output metadata before selecting one. Availability follows the published Definitions in your workspace. A fresh eligible self-service workspace receives Interaction findings. A configured summary or scorecard is a separate selection.

Analyze your own transcript

In New request, paste text or supply ordered turns. Select the analysis, processing tier, and scoped key. For applications, send text or turns through the direct transcript receiver and include requested_definition_version_ids. For MCP, use mach1_list_analysis_definitions and mach1_submit_transcript. An omitted or empty Definition list requests no analysis. Select at least one executable version when findings are your intended result. Plain text preserves one untimed passage. Ordered turns can preserve supplied speaker labels and second-based start/end times. The source guide explains how to use output from another transcript producer.

Read the outcome

Follow the request until its processing state is available, then inspect:
  1. The input and transcript revision.
  2. The selected Definition versions and their result states.
  3. The returned findings or evaluations.
  4. Each supporting evidence passage.
A completed analysis can correctly return zero findings. An evaluation uses its published criteria; a reported commitment is evidence of the promise, with later completion established separately.

Reuse results

Applications can retrieve structured results through REST. Agents can use MCP results and follow pagination. Full Definition output schemas are available through the authorized schema URL returned by discovery. For forecasting, first aggregate the relevant findings into a defined numerical measure over a consistent interval. Then use Mach-1 forecasting with that history or an authorized registered metric. Read usage and pricing for the duration basis and separate analysis charges.
