# Sources and transcript producers

> Choose a connected source or submit existing producer output.

[Build Sources](https://build.aioncx.com/build/sources) connects native Zoom and Deepgram deliveries to a workspace. Zoom uses its registered authorization, provider resources and destination assignments. Deepgram requires a destination workspace and optional `dg-token` identifier; Build displays its Basic Auth callback URL once. Configure Deepgram to deliver a completed transcript to that URL. No Deepgram API key or account lookup is used.

Select published Definition version IDs before saving a destination. Changing the destination or analysis choice applies to future admissions; an already accepted input retains its original assignment and revisions. Pause stops new callbacks with a non-2xx response while admitted work continues. Rotation keeps the connection identity and replaces the callback credential. Provider retry behavior determines whether a failed delivery arrives again.

Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9, 8x8, Cisco Webex Contact Center and RingCentral have catalog entries; Connect becomes usable when their adapter is installed. This page does not imply those adapters are active.

To use **existing** Google Speech-to-Text, ElevenLabs or another producer, send their output through the [direct transcript API](https://docs.aioncx.com/quickstart.md). Map supplied text, speaker and second-based start/end fields to ordered `turns`; retain the provider's original identifier as `external_conversation_id`. The admission source is `api`, because this is an API submission. It does not create a provider connection or make the provider transcribe again. An untimed text passage remains untimed. Deepgram's native callback has its own `deepgram` source provenance.

The direct receiver accepts WAV, MP3 or M4A multipart audio, audio URLs, plain text and ordered turns. It produces the same interaction and transcript-availability dispatch used by connected sources. Find its URL in Build → Developers.
