> Updates to the Atlas developer platform and its contracts.

## October 26, 2026

### Customer guides and forecasting reference

* Added Atlas guides for getting started, workforce planning, interaction review, and knowledge publication.
* Put transcription first in the Mach-1 journey and connected analysis, evidence, and forecasting.
* Added forecasting REST reference and an agent quickstart using existing scoped interfaces.
* Documented current USD 0 forecasting and account-configured credit and top-up amounts.

## October 2026

### Mach-1 developer access

* Added scoped personal keys, direct audio and transcript submission, asynchronous interaction reads, and the nine processing and retrieval tools on Mach-1 MCP.
* Added a Build workspace with Sources, Requests, Analysis, Developers, and Usage views. New self-service workspaces receive a pinned starter Interaction findings analysis when the required model is configured.
* Added exact interaction and external-conversation identifier search with source provenance. Filtered cursors retain the selected filters.
* Added minute-based prepaid transcription and analysis billing, with Stripe top-up fulfillment and funding recovery. Availability depends on the deployment's billing configuration.

## August 2026

### Provider-auth connection authority

* Provider runtime authentication now resolves credentials directly from the active Atlas connection's Vault references.
* Removed the retired binding-resolution RPC from the live broker path for Zoom, Vonage, and LinkLive.

## July 2026

### Developer portal initialized

* Added the Atlas v1 developer documentation foundation.
* Published the initial object, identity, Lists and Cycles, and semantic-layer concepts.
* Added production-readiness guides for domain modeling and integration design.
* Established placeholders for the external API, authentication, webhooks, MCP, and future SDKs without implying unreleased contracts.
