# Inspect workforce configuration evidence

> Counts are configuration evidence only. queue_settings contains dated native queue service goals, currently sourced from Zoom catalog attributes, using count-checked pagination for all active queues. Missing or conflicting fields remain unknown. This does not establish observed performance, source freshness or qualified roster completeness.
